شرح موقعیت شغلی

Requirements


  • 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (Any technologies and languages)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Node.js developer
  • Strong experience in E-commerce platforms and mobile applications development 
  • Familiarity with various system architectures, including micro-services
  • Great team player and Experienced in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) 
  • Experienced in:
    • Software architecture and design
    • Typescript and Nest.js
    • React.js and Next.js
    • Docker
    • Unit testing
    • NoSQL and RDBMS (MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
    • Swagger UI
    • Source-Control Tools (Git)
    • CI/CD
    • Clean Code principles 
    • Nice to have familiarity with DevOps basics
Responsibilities


  • Hire and onboard new team members
  • Bridge the communication gap between Product team and Tech team
  • Set targets and expectations of a team so that they remain goal-orientated and disciplined
  • Increase team productivity by analyzing workflow and reducing wasted resources
  • Conduct security audits to find instances of malware or suggest areas of improvement
  • Get involved with the designing team to brainstorm conceptual development plans
  • Ensure that projects and onboard team members always remain in line with company standards and guidelines
  • Deliver projects on time so that they meet their release dates
  • Keep all parties informed of what they are doing and how it links in with the current project at hand
  • Break Product Epics and User stories to Technical tasks through a WBS process and Assign tasks fairly and within the team's skill set so that the team completes jobs efficiently
  • Stay up to date on current technologies, especially those associated with application or software, and note their construct properties
  • Code Quality Assurance and Code Review
  • Provide Architectural and Design direction
  • Control Technical Debt
  • Promote Collaboration and Engagement: Inspire other team members and encourage them to voice their own ideas on product development
  • Keeping the quality of deliveries:
    • Code
    • Deployment frequency
    • Deployment size
    • Bug detection rate
