IREEN is looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will join a dynamic team of engineers who share a passion for technology and for providing the best experience possible to our members. In this role, you're responsible for designing and developing complex web applications and new features for our platform.

IREEN stands for Intelligent Real Estate Evaluation Network and is a B2C2B platform around the topic of real estate evaluation. We see ourselves as a sales channel for digital real estate services.

Our core IP is AI-based data analysis and data processing.

Our core USP is a unique AI-based evaluation process that allows us to calculate and visualize the impact of our partner services & products on the marketing time as well as the price to be achieved. This is how we transform the B2B products of our partners into B2C products.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure excellent code quality and enforce best practices by communicating with team members and holding each other accountable
  • Share your knowledge and serve as a mentor for other developers
  • Work together with your team to assess and make final decisions in a timely and confident manner
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g. QA, DevOps, Design) to ensure customer needs are identified and met
  • Collaborate with and challenge your fellow developers to generate new ideas and innovative solutions 
  •  Learn a lot and get real opportunities to take ownership and have an impact on both IREEN and our customers/users
  • Own multiple areas of work & projects, focusing on the development and maintenance of new and existing features
What You Bring

  • Tendency to think from the user’s point of view first
  • Ability to iterate and release quickly
  • Professional frontend and backend experience with modern full-stack web development tools
  • Professional experience with Javascript or Typescript
  • Strong communication skills
Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in TypeScript
  • At least 2 years of experience with VueJS
  • At least 4 years of experience in developing web applications using Python web frameworks
  • Experience with agile concepts and processes, such as CICD, pipelines, and iterative development and deployments
  • Advanced proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with FastAPI
  • Experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with Microservices
  • Experience working on real-time data and streaming applications
