Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our company. This role is critical in shaping our financial strategy, managing cash flow, ensuring compliance, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee financial operations, accounting, and reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, insurance, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external partners.
  • Analyze costs, profitability, and recommend financial optimization strategies.
  • Build, lead, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, labor law, and social security.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with external stakeholders (auditors, tax authorities, banks, insurance).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
