At Smartech, we are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager; a result-oriented and data-driven person who can manage digital campaigns from planning and execution to analysis, optimization, and growth.
At Smartech, we are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager; a result-oriented and data-driven person who can manage digital campaigns from planning and execution to analysis, optimization, and growth.
This role is suitable for someone who has a strong business and analytical mindset, can work closely with Product and Data teams, and actively uses AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making quality.
Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and manage Performance Marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance based on metrics such as Revenue, Orders, CTR, CR, CPO, ROI, and ROAS
- Use AI tools for data analysis, campaign ideation, scenario optimization, reporting, and productivity improvement
- Identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, reduce costs, and increase revenue
- Work closely with the Product team to improve processes, define required features, and solve campaign-related challenges
- Maintain ongoing communication with merchants, publishers, clients, and internal teams
- Monitor campaigns on a daily basis and react quickly to performance drops or operational issues
- Prepare analytical reports, provide insights, and turn data into actionable next steps
- Document learnings, results, and best practices to improve future campaign execution
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of Performance Marketing concepts and campaign metrics
- Ability to analyze data and work with tools such as Metabase
- Ability to effectively use AI tools for analysis, reporting, ideation, research, and campaign optimization
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Product-building mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration with Product teams
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- High attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and ownership over campaign results
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SQL
