Job Summary:
Here at Smartech, we are providing pioneering Marketing and Advertisement Technologies for Businesses. Your job as a Campaign Management Specialist will help our clients with their advertising campaigns.
You will work closely with our Marketing & Campaign team, Customer Success team and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, fully monitor and optimize customer campaigns
- Design end to end campaigns for key clients
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Providing suggestions to increase cooperation and improve the performance of campaigns
- Providing regular reports to customers and providing feedback to improve campaigns and apply customer feedback to campaigns
- Financial and customer payment follow-ups
- Feasibility study to present new proposals in order to increase organizational sales
- Communicating effectively with customers and assessing their needs
- Communicating with different departments and providing solutions to improve the product
Required Qualifications:
- Mastery and ability to work with tools such as GA4, GTM, Looker studio
- Mastery of Excel and its functions
- Fluent in English
- Getting to know Google Ads
- Good familiarity with online advertising platforms and digital advertising
