Description:
Here at Smartech, we are providing pioneering Marketing and Advertisement Technologies for Businesses.
We are seeking a highly capable network specialist to optimize our company's IT network. You will be evaluating our network's performance, collaborating with our IT team to increase network capacity, and overseeing network security.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure routers, switches, and wireless devices such as Mikrotik and Cisco devices.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new IT network equipment and technologies for procurements.
- Diagnosing, resolving, and documenting hardware and software problems in network.
- Maintain network uptime and efficiency using monitoring/administrating tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, PRTG, cacti.
- Monitor and analyze network performance and make recommendations based on them. Implementing and maintaining linux-based services such as nginx, apache/httpd , radius, graylog , elasticsearch , ... .
- implementing and Configuring windows-based services such as DHCP, DNS , ... .
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of Network administration experience BS degree in Computer Engineering or information technology
- Strong knowledge of network components (WAN and LAN).
- Experience with Cisco/Mikrotik Routers, Switches.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, VRRP, EtherChannel, QoS) Experience with VSPHERE Virtualization Familiarity with network security solutions including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and network access control.
- Interest in continuous learning and training Strong team-work skills
