استخدام UX Designer (دورکاری)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a creative, adoptive and highly motivated UX designer with attention to detail for providing better experience for our users. This role includes User research, Sketching, Creating wireframes, Prototyping and Evaluating. You will be a key member of Skyroom's Design team and work closely with Development Teams and Product Manager to maximize the efficiency of products and make a positive impact on Hundreds of thousands of user's daily lives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and users.
  • Apply business objectives into concepts and wireframes for different platforms.
  • Apply different user research methods to find out user behaviors, needs, problems and motivations.
  • Produce and enhance low-fidelity sketches and medium fidelity wireframes to facilitate communication of recommended solutions.
  • Tell a meaningful story about the user and great presentation skills.
  • Deliver, review and critique the UX Designs of design team to ensure effective and rich designs.
  • Translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences.
  • Work closely with development team to organize the design process, drive decisions, track design issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented.
  • Nurture and grow less-experienced designers in the team.
 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of UX, UI/UX or Product design experience
  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking/process (problem/solution, research, user-flows, wireframes, evaluation,...)
  • Creative ideas with problem solving mindset
  • Familiar with design tools such as Figma, XD
  • Passion for data driven design decisions with the ability to receive feedback constructively
  • Effective communication, problem solving, presentation and adaptability teamwork skills
  • Ability to receive constructive criticism to ultimately improve the end result
  • Driven, Ambitious, positive outlook and has a "roll up the sleeves" attitude towards work
