- Investing faults in network and services
- Monitoring and Reporting network/service status to key stockholders
- Develop and enforce change control procedures.
- Confirm compatibility and manage impact to business of all new equipment and changes.
- Respond to network outages or performance issues and direct his team to execute necessary repair or configuration changes.
- Maintenance –managing routines, obsolescence, contracts, suppliers, service providers
- Provisioning – meeting SLA on new provisions
- Service Restoration - meeting SLA on services
- Capacity management – managing utilization of assets
- Lead internal projects to improve service
- analytical and trouble-shooting issue
- Good on analytical on Network troubleshooting and network services
- A team player, accustomed to collaborating with a large number of developments, support and infrastructure teams
- Aware of security-related risk in large infrastructure environments
- Aware of Network Monitoring concept

Skill Requirements
o 3 year Experience managing and supporting Network infrastructure service and network equipment
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust to audiences of different technical
o Strong on cisco and Network service
- Windows special ( focus on windows server 2019 )
- Knowing virtualization concept
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows servers
- Powershell scripting
- Integration of various network related services like VPN, DNS, DHCP, active directory, File sharing, RDP, update service,
- Backup and restore
- Account management
- Hardware management
- Networking: VPN, Vlan, WAN, SDN
- Knowledge of Security and monitoring
