Skills & Requirements:

Expert knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle to support Agile delivery
Excellent communication and mentorship skills
Working knowledge of Agile Methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban etc
Driving the team’s Self-Organization and Cross-Functionality
Mentoring and coaching Product team and organization on Agile mindset, practices and tools
Ensuring that the Scrum events take place such as retrospectives, planning, stand-ups etc; and facilitating these as necessary
Assisting the Product Owner(s) in efficiently managing the product backlog and supporting him/her when necessary
Supporting coordination and communication between different scrum teams to Manage dependencies
Developed and promoted a culture of continuous improvement
Motivate teams to deliver meaningful outcomes that meet clients’ needs and keep the team on track for delivery
Provide measurements of team performance and progress (Team KPI including, Lead time and Cycle time)
Guiding the team to remove impediments to ensure teams work optimally on the sprint goals
Assist in onboarding new members into the teams onto the project
Experience managing remote teams
Facilitated several streams of activities concurrently using Jira
One or more certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe or similar
