We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at Skyroom. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand presence in the online conferencing and collaboration space. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
- Plan and execute engaging events and webinars to showcase Skyroom capabilities and attract target audiences.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials and support their efforts in lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize marketing performance.
- Experience in managing events and webinars to promote products and engage target audiences.
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools and the technology landscape is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
