We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at Skyroom. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand presence in the online conferencing and collaboration space. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:




  1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  4. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
  5. Plan and execute engaging events and webinars to showcase Skyroom capabilities and attract target audiences.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials and support their efforts in lead generation and conversion.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Job Qualifications:




  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or online collaboration industry.
  2. Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas to stakeholders.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  6. Experience in managing events and webinars to promote products and engage target audiences.
  7. Familiarity with online collaboration tools and the technology landscape is a plus.
  8. Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
