- English Proficiency: All projects are conducted in English, so fluency in English is essential. (Very important)
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Expertise in LinkedIn is a priority.
Main Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing social media marketing strategies.
- Experience in writing and copywriting in English. (Important)
- Preferably with an international portfolio (English).
- Proficiency in storytelling techniques.
- Monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyzing and reporting marketing data to the management team.
- Managing clients' accounts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- English Proficiency: Fluency in English. (Very important)
- Deep knowledge and expertise in social media and online public relations.
- A strong resume and relevant work samples.
- High familiarity with visual and video content creation tools.
- Experience with task-oriented platforms.
- Creativity and curiosity to generate attractive ideas.-
- Experienced with platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social to schedule and manage content effectively across multiple channels.
- Successfully developed and executed content strategies that led to high engagement, shares, and growth—demonstrated ability to tap into trends and audience insights. 3-
- Proficient in CapCut, Canva, and other editing tools essential for crafting high-quality, engaging visual content tailored to each platform.
- Working knowledge of AI-driven creative tools like RunwayML, Hedra, and ChatGPT for enhancing content ideation, production, and automation—considered a strong advantage.
- Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or SocialBlade) to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and report ROI.
- Deep understanding of content trends, formats, and algorithms across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and influencer teams in fast-paced environments, responding quickly to cultural moments or real-time events.
- Capable of crafting engaging captions, headlines, and brand stories that drive action and build community.
