• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in UI/UX Design (Figma)- very important. 
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a strong advantage.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools. 
• Design end-to-end user experiences (research to final UI).
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct usability testing and apply user feedback.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI component
• Collaborate with product and development teams.

• Ability to design across multiple formats: digital ads, social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and brand identity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, branding projects, and digital marketing assets.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback.
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies, user behavior, and conversion-focused design.
• Familiarity with digital illustration is considered an advantage

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, copywriting, developers, etc.).
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and openness to feedback.
