Nova Digital Marketing Team is seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Media Administrator with strong team collaboration skills. Creativity, a learning mindset, adaptability to changes, and a results-oriented approach are the key traits we are looking for in our new team member.

Requirements:

  • English Proficiency: All projects are conducted in English, so fluency in English is essential. (Very important)
  • LinkedIn Proficiency: Expertise in LinkedIn is a priority.
Main Responsibilities:


  • Planning and executing social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience in writing and copywriting in English. (Important)
  • Preferably with an international portfolio (English).
  • Proficiency in storytelling techniques.
  • Monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyzing and reporting marketing data to the management team.
  • Managing clients' accounts.
Required Skills and Experience:


  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English. (Very important)
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in social media and online public relations.
  • A strong resume and relevant work samples.
  • High familiarity with visual and video content creation tools.
  • Experience with task-oriented platforms.
  • Creativity and curiosity to generate attractive ideas.
Working Conditions:


  • Full-time, remote work.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Participation in meetings (Due to time zone differences, meetings may be held at night).
