Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
· Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration.
· Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services.
· Experience in working with Ansible or Terraform for automation and configuration.
· Experience with basic database administration and SQL.
· Experience in orchestration and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
· Ability to monitor and visualise key metrics with Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
· Knowledge of high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
· Knowledge of distributed storage systems.
· Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins.
Nice to have:
· Knowledge of Python.
· Experience with AWS.
· Experience dealing with large environments.
Responsibilities:
· Participate on a DevOps infrastructure team; develop cloud platforms.
· Provide customized continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) solutions.
· Implement/manage production software build and test environments.
· Analyze current technology utilized within the company and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them.
· Provide clear goals for all areas of a project and develop steps to oversee their timely execution.
· Design, implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (laC).
· Improve monitoring of infrastructure and applications.
