• Conduct sport-specific biomechanical analysis of athletes and their performances, including data collection and analysis, and the interpretation of results.
• Develop and implement individualized training programs based on the results of biomechanical analysis.
• Conduct research related to biomechanics and sports performance, and disseminate findings through peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• Provide technical support to athletes, coaches, and other team members to optimize sports performance.
• Collaborate with other experts in sport science, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning to develop comprehensive training programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including academic institutions, equipment manufacturers, and other industry professionals.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in sports biomechanics
• 2+ years of experience in sport biomechanics, with a proven track record of providing scientific support to athletes and coaches.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform training and performance decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to athletes, coaches, and other team members.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
• Experience working with a variety of sports and athletes at different levels, from recreational to professional.
• Knowledge of biomechanical measurement techniques, including motion capture, force plates, and EMG.
• Experience managing and mentoring junior biomechanists.
