استخدام Sales Engineer(آقا)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

The position is open for a young enthusiastic Sales Engineer with an appetite for technology-based product to cover Iran’s market in-line with Simeng development objectives

Requirements 

Technical 

Mechanical Engineering graduate, with minimum 5 years experience in any mainstream industries, preferably Oil and Gas sector 

Knowledge and experience in the field of machinery lubrication, repair and maintenance, bearings and rotary transmission components 

Technically minded individual capable to convert client request to product offering 

Hands-on skills to install, operate and trouble shoot equipment referring to the manuals 

Capable to propose the commercial offer, including sales price analysis and calculations 

 

Marketing :

Familiarity with Iran industrial environment, including technical, trade and sales departments culture 

Capable to analyse the market behaviour and monitor the competitors, to propose strategy to achieve target share of market 

Evaluate and Identify the potential sales market sector  

 

:Communicational 

Capable of presentation in targeted sales meeting, and for larger audience in seminars and training sessions 

Content production for the purpose of virtual marketing, trainings and seminars 

 

Interpersonal: 

Excellent communications and presentation skills, including verbal and written in both English and Farsi 

Focused and objective negotiator, capable to offer solution to the client 

Capable to disseminate information to diverse range of audience from managerial to technical 

Excellent client interface skills 

Supportive team player 

Highly structured and disciplined personality, capable of managing own time with attention to details 

Flexibility with work under pressure, that requires timely response or action. Convenient to attend site visits locally and internationally 

 

Responsibilities 

The employment opportunity is with Simeng’s Tehran representation office, Sima Sanj Sanat, based in Dolat Street in Tehran 

As a Sales Engineer, you will directly report to Managing Director, with direct link to Business Development Manager and Office General Manager. You are

responsible for :

Proposing and executing the product sales strategy, following the approval by company management; however at this point of time, three lines of sales are expected to develop as: direct sales via sales meeting, direct sales via virtual marketing, indirect sales via commissioned reseller

Lead product introduction to Iranian industries, acting as product focal point of contact

Contribute to market identification and establish a sustainable relationship with major clients

Investigate, facilitate and attend industrial events both locally and internationally with a purpose of introducing Simeng’s product portfolio to potential clients and

future suppliers    

Identify and lead marketing activity required including presentations, advertisement, brochures, events etc 

Support clients technical requirements and secure sales agreement 

Support product installation and commissioning 

Support company’s bid evaluation 

Conduct company’s infrastructure and administrative requirements as directed by line-manager 

In charge of marketing cost considering time and potential opportunities 

Any other activity which is required to establish and promote Simeng’s position in Iran or Middle east market 

Domestic and International travel will be required and forms an important part of this position. Travelling to customer sites could cover out of hours and weekend work
