Position Overview:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend systems. You will be responsible for implementing scalable and high-performance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, AI/ML engineers, and data scientists. Your expertise in React.js and Next.js for the frontend, as well as backend technologies, will be essential to building robust and user-centric platforms that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack web applications.
- Architect and implement scalable backend services (APIs, databases, microservices).
- Develop highly responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization, scalability, and performance of applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams for smooth deployment and continuous integration.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
- Mentor junior developers and share expertise across the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in full stack development.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Expertise in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
- Proficient in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Strong experience with backend technologies: Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of API development (REST, GraphQL) and database design (SQL, NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including data protection, encryption, and secure coding standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
