شرح موقعیت شغلی
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring network, servers, applications, database, and 3rd party tools and technologies and taking actions accordingly as the instructions being given to you
- Perform daily health checks to proactively certify the state of our systems and services
- Mitigating or resolving incoming incident and support requests and escalate to appropriate teams as necessary until the incident is resolved
- Produce technical support documentation and write incident reports as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Technical/Personal skills and requirement
- CCNA / MTCNA / MCSA knowledge
- Familiar with ticketing and monitoring tools and basic network troubleshoot
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
- Ability to assess the impact of different Systems, Application and Network problems on main services.
- 1-2 years in a technical support related role
