شرح موقعیت شغلی

1-Derivation of key performance metrics of Sheypoor business at a macro level and all business units (Auto, Real Estate, General)


2-Analysis and monitoring of the above KPIs and customer retention to establish how the company/business units are performing. Insights and recommendations where performance is poor/good.


3-Predictions and modelling to establish business trends, predict outcomes of business decisions and industry/economic trends on the Sheypoor business as at a macro level as well as individual business units.


4- Generate dashboards for target audience (CEO and heads of business units): Liaise with business owners to establish reporting requirements top down, liaise with the data team lead to coordinate planning of pipeline architecture, hardware needs, development timeline, data validity.


5-Ensuring good documentation of metric definitions


6-Ensuring data quality of sources by setting up outlier notifications on KPIs.


7-Liaise with the data (infra) team and Product teams on suitability of data structure (s)/events respectively for required data collection and visualisations/dashboards on Tableau.


8-Providing feedback and coaching to team members  


9-Advise and provide input for market research surveys/feature analysis/product analysis/competition analysis based on business owner requirements. 


10-Data team OKR planning in collaboration with team members. Break down and allocation of tasks with team tech lead.


11-Maintain knowledge on the latest updates of BI tools used to ensure optimum usage of present capabilities


 12-Supervision of CRM development, reporting and data quality


Technical Skills:


·         Strong data visualisation skills using Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI or other relevant visualisation tools.


·         Good working knowledge on SQL and R/Python to perform data querying, building BI models and conducting data analysis. 


·         Good understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and their relevant use cases


·         Knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques e.g. time series, regression is a good bonus


 Work Experience: 


·         Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a BI or analytics function preferably with 1+ years in roles mentoring / leading team members


·         Experience working within a high-growth consumer Internet company with exposure to large amounts of customer data is highly beneficial


·         Experience in organising KPIs and dashboards as well as reading metric trends to evaluate business performance


·         Experience in gathering BI requirements and structuring specifications to produce business-relevant datasets and ensure data quality of the dataset


·         Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both sides of the business and technical divide. 


·         A business related degree (MBA) is beneficial
