esponsibilities:

To make use of data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of employee experience programs and provide recommendations to improve future programs.
Plan, organize, and execute all company events
Develop employer brand programs
Foster a culture of high engagement for all Lively employees, and actively reflect on the experience of our on-site and remote teams.
Conducting various surveys, one-on-one conversations with employees and managers
Executing and advancing the appropriate onboarding process with the aim of creating the best firsts and creating an organizational identity
Executing the optimal off-boarding process

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Internal Communication, or similar
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
Empathetic, you care deeply about employees’ experiences and the people on your team
fluent in English
Good storytelling skills
Teamwork skills
Systematic thinking
High creativity
