Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP applications with frameworks such as Phalcon or Laravel.
Design and optimize database solutions using MySQL, ensuring efficient query performance.
Implement message queuing with RabbitMQ to manage real-time processing and asynchronous tasks.
Utilize Redis for caching and to improve the overall application performance.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in PHP development.
Strong experience with one or more PHP frameworks, such as Phalcon or Laravel.
Solid understanding of RabbitMQ and experience working with message-driven architectures.
Proficient in MySQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and database design.
Experience with Redis for caching and session management.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
