Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and hiring technology professionals to fill technical positions
- Conduct competency-based interviews
- Arranging interviews by coordinating programs and participating in face-to-face interviews with managers.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, such as social networks, job boards, referrals, or any other innovative method.
- Analyze candidates' knowledge, skills and experience to find out which ones are suitable for open positions
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of relevant experience as a technical recruiter.
- Proficient in recruitment software (ATS)
- Practical experience with various selection processes (eg CV screening, interviews)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- detail oriented
- Good listening skills
- Fluent in English
