We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Product Designer who can help us refine the user experience of Sheypoor's web and mobile products. As our ideal candidate, you have at least 3 years experience leading initiatives to design new products as well as enhance existing features, to move the platform experience to the next level. At your core, you are a collaborator, who enjoys working across functions to get the job done. You are excited about changing the status quo and passionate about making things better. Most of all, you are excited about being part of something great.

If you join us, you will:
* Own design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches. Set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
* Work with multi-disciplinary teams including product, engineering, and business people to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
* Guide product initiatives from conception to conclusion, including product ideation, user research, user-flows, prototypes, wireframes, functional specifications, high-fidelity design, product specs, etc.
* Contribute to the short and long-term vision of business for scalable features and products.
* Develop UX strategies in collaboration with product managers and product design peers.
* Leverage research data, design principles, and other objective information to support design decisions.
* Establish a strong design culture by collaborating with members of multidisciplinary teams, advocating users.
* Design A/B tests to optimize our core features and validate the hypothesis.
* Run usability tests and user interviews to enrich team's understanding. From user goals and their struggles.
