Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Product Designer to lead the transformation of our cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to turn concepts into beautifully crafted products that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Innovation: Spearhead the complete redesign and redevelopment of our cosmetic products, from initial ideation to final production.

2. User-Centered Design: Conduct in-depth user research and gather insights to inform design decisions that prioritize the user experience.

3. Prototyping: Utilize tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and others to create interactive prototypes and mockups, visualizing product concepts and iterating on designs.

4. Design Documentation: Develop comprehensive design specifications and collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility.

5. Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control throughout the product development process to exceed customer expectations.

6. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing product design projects and the ability to explain the design process.

- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Passion for beauty and cosmetics is a plus.
