Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Art Director who can transform our brand's vision into captivating visual content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic flair, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to lead a team of creative professionals, including designers, illustrators, photographers, motion designers, and videographers, to deliver exceptional visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive visual strategy that aligns with Shavaz's brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
2. Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a multifaceted team of graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, motion designers, and videographers to produce outstanding visual content for our website, marketing campaigns, and social media.
3. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand representation across all design elements, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
4. Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design techniques to keep Shavaz at the forefront of cosmetic e-commerce.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to bring creative concepts to life.
6. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a senior design role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and more.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for cosmetics and beauty trends is a plus.
