This role is crucial in maintaining our brand's presence and reputation across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media accounts with new content and posts, ensuring consistency with our brand’s voice and goals.
- Schedule posts in advance using social media management tools to maintain a steady stream of content.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms to foster community engagement and provide customer support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator or similar role.
- Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
