- | Prepare sales infrastructure (mostly electronic) in coordination with technical team
- | Create & expand online channels in coordination with Brand team
- | Identify new potential sales channels
- | Order management of distributors / retailers
- | Monitor financial status and cash flow of main distributors through quarterly checks on financial statements
- | Lead basic negotiations with potential point of sales both physically or electronic or bundling projects
- | Generate Weekly , bi-weekly , monthly , quarterly and annual reports of number or amount of sales
- | Daily reports of sales trends and statistics
- | Monitor competitors’ moves
- | Alignment with national sales to monitor status of physical point of sales and their performance and increase the performance through relative distributors
- | Prepare proposals regarding sales increase
