Job Description:
- Provide advisory services to line management and supervisors with respect to OD and performance management
- Design, maintain & Coordinate organization structure and job design initiatives
- Develop, maintain and implementing Integrated IPF plans and schedules
- Support various development activities within HR and the business (WorkForce Planning, Succession Planning and Career Development.)
- Develop and present reports, presentations, and informal feedback as requested
- Design, delivery and workplace application of all training, managing end to end process
- Suggest & Run surveys as scheduled and meet the deadlines as approved.
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in Organization Development
