Job Description
· Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
· Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of OSS/BSS operational management and development
· Providing day-to-day troubleshooting and support for our rapidly growing pool of users and traffic; manage and prioritize ongoing support requests coming from business side
· Execute test plans and test cases while tracking, prioritizing and escalating issues to make sure Business requirements are being delivered in correct way and making sure raised requests meet the agreed scope of Vender
· Analyzing Business requirements based on OSS/BSS available features
· Ensure procedures and processes are being followed when implementing changes to production systems and making sure 3rd party vendors follow change control rules and work under agreed SLA.
Requirements
- 3+ years working at telecommunications enterprise
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Strong BSS/OSS and/or ERP knowledge required
- Negotiating skills
- Computer programing (Java, python, etc.)
