In First Eurasia E-commerce company, we are seeking to appoint a passionate and dynamic Chief Executive Officer to drive our new startup forward and achieve great success.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of leadership and strategic development at a senior level in an IT company and help us in coaching and leading our team.
Requirements:
Master degree in relevant deiscpline : MBA preferred
5-10 years experience in senior management or executive positions in IT companies
experience in sales management or senior marketing role a plus
Deep understanding of leadership best practices, human resources, and general finance and budgeting
Works well under pressure, can handle and delegate workload effectively
Ability to lead by example and inspire confidence
Ability to build and foster relationship with fellow executive team members and board members
