The HR Manager is responsible for helping a business develop an efficient HR department. This job position needs someone adaptable, organized and strategic as the tasks that need to be undergone will differ on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Formulate practical and strategic plans to address Human Resource matters
- Develop, revise and implement HR policies
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
- Assist HR professionals in recruiting, training and managemnet of employees
- Ensure that HR agendas are aligned with employment law
- Should have implemented Performance Appraisal and KPI in your previous roles
- Facilitate and mediate employee to employee communication
- Coordinate events for various departments
- Audit any HR activities to ensure complance

- Excellent communication, presentation and consulting skills
- Abbility to work under pressure and meet targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Understand English as you will be working with a team in Iran but all of our documents are in English and written communication is in English
Requirements:
Master degree in relevant descipline like HR Management
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in IT companies
