- Perfectly familiar with networking concepts




- Perfectly familiar with the concepts of CCNA, CCNP (SW, ROUTE), MTCNA, and MTCRE




- Familiar with monitoring tools and protocols




- Familiar with ITIL concepts and modules




- Familiar with essential wireless and microwave technologies and terms




- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching




- In-depth knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network and server infrastructure




- Outstanding organizational and time management skills




- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions




- Excellent communication and leadership skills




- Analytical thinker and problem solver




- Attention to details




- High responsibility




- Familiar with documentation and reporting processes




-  Minimum 5 years of technical experience




-  Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
