Job Description
· Coordinate the implementation of all assigned ITS projects against the overall project plan based on time and budgetary constraints.
· Contribute in Planning of ITS assigned projects.
· Ensure all assigned ITS projects are well defined in terms of detailed ITS project .
· Identify reasons for delays in assigned ITS projects and plan activities.
· Monitor impact of assigned new ITS projects on the overall ITS systems Constantly and evaluate the impact and core areas of influence on ITS platforms.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of all assigned ITS projects against the project plans on a daily basis.
• Implement project controls, collect project data and monitor progress of non-It projects .
· Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
· Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
· Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
· Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
· Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
· Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and process
· Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
· Prepare and submit management reports
· Ensure the performance of resources is up to the required standard.

Requirements
· BSc or MSc in Software Engineering.
· knowledge of IT related courses.
· PMBOK related training i.e. PMP.
· At least 3 years of experience in relative position.
· Experience of planning/ scheduling in PMO.
· Expert in the relevant and appropriate software.
· Expert in agile and scrum methods in software management and have experience working in agile teams
· Ability to attend meetings, identify and analyze development and cost control
· Ability to documentation and teamwork .
· Ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
· Strong communication skills.
