شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are providing consultancy for strong startups for identifying and selecting key talents at Sarcheshmeh. If you are looking for gaining excellent experience as a CRO Specialist and have the following requirements, we are looking for you. This opportunity belongs to a super fast-growing online start-up active in inbound travel and tourism.

The successful candidate would be a member of the product team who analyzes our users’ data and suggests optimizations to increase the conversion rate under the supervision of the product manager.

Requirements:

  • +1 year of experience in CRO or User Experience Optimization
  • Experienced in Web Analytics and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills and reporting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Familiar with BI tools
  • Bonus: Former experience in startups
  • Bonus: technical proficiency in SQL coding
