شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an ITIL Expert who is interested in working as part of our team with these responsibilities:

·         Designing and Developing Processes based on ITIL framework;

·         Continuous improvement about ITIL processes activities;

·         Providing reports about ITIL processes and related KPIs.


Occupational Requirements:

·         3 years experience in related fields;

·         minimum Qualification degree:

 Bachelor of 

o  Computer Engineering 

o  Information Technology Management

o  Information Technology Engineering

o  Industrial Engineering

·         Familiar with the concepts of IT standards and frameworks;

·         Mastering the ITIL Framework;

·         Mastering the ITIL processes formulation;

·         Familiar with the modeling topics;

·         Familiar with English language;

·         High planning, analysis and decision making skills;

·         High verbal and written communication skills;

·         High teamwork skills;

·         Passed ITIL Foundation V03 training course;

·         Familiarity with banking processes and systems.
