Accountability and Objectives
Finance:
Develops the firm’s financial strategy and plans for its sustainable growth.
Reviews planning process and suggests improvements including but not limited to reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
Identifying investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions.
Identifies opportunities for expansion into new business ventures.
Optimizes the financial performance of the company, including its reporting, liquidity, and return on investment.
Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
Accounting:
Oversees accounting department, budget preparation, audit functions, and statutory compliance. Also, directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
Ensures proper and timely financial and tax accounting.
Financial Markets and Economic Analysis:
Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on the firm’s financing options and future growth.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
7+ years of experience in financial management.
Excellent management, leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience maintaining metrics and KPIs.
Preferred:
CPA and/or CFA.
Investment Management proficiency.

Working days and hours : saturday to wednesday From 8 am to 6 pm Thursday 9 am to 2 pm
