Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in an executive-level environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues and challenges.
Professional demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
