Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Expert for joining to our technical team, also this role will be responsible for:
· Maintenance/Support Domain Services (ADDS, ADCS, Domain Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Print Server, FTP)
· Maintenance/Support Microsoft Services (Exchange, Skype for Business, WSUS)
· Network configuration (LAN, WIFI)
· Maintenance/Support Hardware and Software for HP Servers
· Troubleshoot and resolve daily end user network issue
· Hardware and Software Maintenance/Installation/Support for Clients
· Maintenance/Support Server Room (Server/Router/Switch Installation, Patch Panel Management, Structured Cabling)
Requirements
· B.S. / M.S. in Computer Engineering or IT
· Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT field
· Advanced working knowledge in network concepts (Network +)
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Services
· Good knowledge in Virtualization Environment
· Familiar with Storage Devices
· Familiar with Network/Firewall Devices
· Ability in documentation and provide regular reports
· Interested in learning
· Self- Motivated
· MS or CISCO Certificate is a plus
