استخدام Office Manager (خانم)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
  • Organizing, coordinating, and following all activities and correspondences of project manager with internal divisions and external organizations and/or individual people.
  • Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional Organizing and coordinating calls, appointments, meeting, conferences, travel arrangements, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars.
  • Translate documents when required.
  • Prepare required report related to the projects.
  • Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization s databases.
  • Back-up electronic files using proper procedures.
  • Perform any other duty defined by management for daily operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Secretary.
  • Effective communication and excellent public relations, Fluent in Computer and Microsoft Office.
  • Age Range: 22- 30
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Oral and written communication skills both in English and Farsi.
  • Excellent Follow up skills.
  • Presentation skills and attention to details.
  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner.
  • Teamwork.
  • Reliability and honesty.
