Job Description:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
- Organizing, coordinating, and following all activities and correspondences of project manager with internal divisions and external organizations and/or individual people.
- Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional Organizing and coordinating calls, appointments, meeting, conferences, travel arrangements, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars.
- Translate documents when required.
- Prepare required report related to the projects.
- Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization s databases.
- Back-up electronic files using proper procedures.
- Perform any other duty defined by management for daily operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 2 years of experience as Secretary.
- Effective communication and excellent public relations, Fluent in Computer and Microsoft Office.
- Age Range: 22- 30
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Oral and written communication skills both in English and Farsi.
- Excellent Follow up skills.
- Presentation skills and attention to details.
- A pleasant, confident telephone manner.
- Teamwork.
- Reliability and honesty.
