Job Description

We are looking for a FO Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring our services to ensure optimal performance and availability. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL and be capable of analyzing data to support our operational goals.

 Key Responsibilities:

·   Monitor and maintain the health of our services, ensuring high availability and performance.
·   Utilize SQL to write queries, analyze data, and generate reports for decision-making.
·   Identify and inform responsible teams for service issues.
·   Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies regarding data management and security.

Requirements:

·   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
·    Proven experience in service monitoring and SQL database management.
·    Analytical and problem-solving skills.
·    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
·    Familiarity with service monitoring tools and software.
·    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
·    flexibility in shift scheduling and the ability to work in a 24/7 team.
·    knowledge in SQL, database management, or related fields
