Filimo is seeking a talented Interaction Systems Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping seamless and engaging user experiences. As part of the Design System team, you will collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure that prototypes accurately demonstrate the final user experience. Your work will help developers create pixel-perfect, user-centered interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive prototypes that clearly define user interactions.
- Collaborate with the design system team and developers to maintain consistency in interaction patterns and motion design.
- Utilize tools like Protopie, Figma, Rive, and Framer to create high-fidelity prototypes aligned with the design system.
- Ensure that motion design elements and micro-interactions are accurately implemented in the development process.
- Communicate the full user experience, from visuals to interactions, through prototypes for developers.
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs for better user engagement.
- Maintain a focus on accessibility, ensuring all designs meet WCAG standards.
- Create and update design documentation, including user flows, interaction models, and motion guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interaction design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Protopie, Rive, and Framer for creating interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of design systems and experience working with component libraries.
- Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles to ensure interactions work across devices.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their impact on interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
- Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design practices following WCAG standards.
Nice-to-have Requirements:
- Experience in designing interactive elements for digital products and collaborating with cross-functional technology teams.
- Proficiency in conducting usability tests and integrating feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with creating and maintaining motion systems within design frameworks.

- Knowledge of optimizing interactions to improve user experience in web and mobile platforms.
