Job Title: Front-End Developer

Location: Remote

Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned and innovative Front-End Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will expertly transform designs into interactive digital experiences, ensure optimal web performance, and collaborate across teams to drive projects to completion.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
  2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including familiarity with frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
  3. Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks.
  4. Proficiency in using version control, preferably Git.
  5. Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
  6. Experience in cross-browser compatibility checks.
Responsibilities:

  1. Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, interactive web pages, ensuring they render consistently across all browsers and devices.
  2. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.
  3. Collaborate closely with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive final products.
  4. Regularly conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
  6. Ensure adherence to web standards and best practices.
  7. Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts as needed.
  8. Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
  9. Engage in regular communication with team members, attending virtual meetings and providing project updates.
Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in English with a minimum level of B2.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is a plus.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of professional front-end development experience.
  4. Mastery in code editors (e.g., Visual Studio Code) and design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, Sketch).
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Exceptional communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively.
