3. Investment Recommendations: Provide investment recommendations through the thorough analysis of market trends and company financials.
4. Reporting and Presentation: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team.
5. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with various departments to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
6. Market Research: Continuously monitor market developments and update models and strategies accordingly.
7. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering skill development and growth.
8. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
9. Project Management: Lead financial projects from inception to completion, coordinating across different teams and ensuring goals are met on time.

1. Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial analysis role.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
4. Certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) will be an advantage.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
7. Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
