Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Description
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products/services from a remote setting. This role requires an in-depth understanding of our offerings and the ability to convey their value to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements:
- Strong Internet connectivity to facilitate remote work.
- Familiarity with CRM software and remote communication tools.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our products/services.
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce our offerings.
- Assist the general sales team by providing product-specific knowledge during client interactions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets specific to the product or service they specialize in.
- Offer training and support to the general sales team on product-specific aspects.
- Collect and relay market feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales interactions and client details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise strategies that boost product visibility and sales.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Technical proficiency with sales analytics tools and presentation software.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
