Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will assist as the pivotal bridge between our stakeholders and IT team, ensuring that business requirements are seamlessly translated into functional specifications. Operating in a fully remote capacity, this role calls for an experienced professional who can deliver complex analytical insights, lead workshops, mentor junior members, and provide top-notch solutions tailored to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.

Requirements:

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis.

·         Proven ability to work remotely with teams across different time zones.

·         Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and BA-specific tools (e.g., Balsamiq).

·         Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying.

Responsibilities:

·         Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to extract, understand, and document business needs.

·         Analysis: Scrutinize requirements, pinpoint solutions, and appraise their feasibility.

·         Documentation: Methodically document the collated requirements for clear communication to the technical teams.

·         Validation: Oversee and ensure that the solutions developed adhere to the documented requirements.

·         Stakeholder Management: Foster and maintain transparent communication channels between stakeholders and the IT team.

·         Process Mapping: Deploy various methodologies to delineate and optimize business processes.

·         Training & Support: Facilitate training sessions on new systems/processes and provide unwavering post-implementation support.

·         Risk Management: Proactively identify and strategize on potential project risks.

·         Change Management: Comprehend the nuances of proposed changes and ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications:

·         Proficiency in English at the B2 level.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields. Advanced degrees are a plus.

·         Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous.

·         Demonstrable knowledge of the specific industry domain is a significant asset.

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

·         Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially in a virtual work environment.
