Responsibilities:
● Prepare and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
● Plan and organize activities for personnel welfare benefits.
● Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
● Provide analytica and well-documented developing reports.
● Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential
● Provide and follow up all personnel’s insurance such as social security insurance - supplementary insurance - civil liability insurance, etc.
● Implement compensation and benefits, administer contract and payroll process, and provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and total rewards resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure compliance of all processes with labor regulations.
Requirements:
● University degree, preferably in industrial engineering/ Management, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
● Extensive knowledge of labor law is preferred.
● Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
● Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
● Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
● Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports and work with related graphs.
● Advanced in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
●Fast Learner and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment
● Advanced in English.
