Position Overview:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You will lead a talented team of engineers and professionals responsible for backend development, frontend development and DevOps Engineering within our company. This role will involve both technical leadership and managerial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our Java-based backend and React JS-based frontend.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive innovation and best practices in software development, architecture, and system design.
- Manage IT infrastructure and ensure the reliability and security of our systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development with Java (backend) and React JS (frontend).
- Experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
