Position Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer at Ronad, you will play a pivotal role in designing and enhancing the user interfaces of our platform. You'll collaborate closely with our product and development teams to create user-centric designs that deliver a seamless and engaging experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide the development process.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards throughout the product.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide design assets.
  • Advocate for the user, championing usability and accessibility in all designs.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain industry is a bonus but not required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
