As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated B2B Sales Specialist to join our team and drive growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and customer care.




Job Description:




As a B2B Sales Supervisor at Ronad, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring the satisfaction of our partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:




1. Warm Lead Engagement:
Initiate contact with marketing warm leads through phone calls to present Ronad's fulfillment services. Utilize your excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition and benefits of partnering with Ronad.




2. Proposal and Contract Management:
Follow up initial calls by sending detailed pricing information and contracts to potential customers. Collaborate with the internal team to tailor proposals according to the unique needs of each prospect.




3. Order Fulfillment Coordination:
Work closely with clients to facilitate the seamless transfer of their items to our warehouse. Provide guidance and support throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.




4. Software Onboarding:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process on our cutting-edge software. Ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our platform's capabilities and features.




5. Ongoing Customer Care:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by conducting regular follow-ups and check-ins. Address any concerns or issues promptly, demonstrating a commitment to client success and satisfaction.
6. Leading the sales team




Qualifications:




  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Working Hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:9 until 17:18----It is also part-time during busy(pick) times on Thursdays
