Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master at Ronad, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and optimizing our agile development methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more agile teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that they are effective and focused.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, working proactively to address issues and promote a culture of problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, estimated, and refined.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation and innovation to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Track and report on team progress, using metrics and data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, with experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration within teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence.
